New York Newborn Photographer

A post from a recent newborn session in NYC is completely appropriate to celebrate my first article for Rangefinder about branching out to newborn photography, right? In that article, I briefly talked about the circle of love and life, and the natural pairing of newborn and wedding photography. Nothing makes me happier than getting to see my wedding couples again, especially when it includes me photographing them with their new baby.

I photographed Emily and Jeff’s wedding at the Hildene Estate in 2017. This past September, I photographed them in their NYC condo with their little lady, Emerson. Yes, she is just as perfect as she looks in these photos.

While I normally focus on intimate portraiture, I loved stepping back to incorporate the decor in their living room. Not only did it look straight out of a West Elm catalog, but you can see some framed wedding photographs in the background. It makes photographers SO happy to see clients print their photos!
