I photograph life and the ever-evolving love that relates to it. For engagements it is a time to explore the beach, a mountain, the trails, a city. A time to connect. A time to simply be engaged. For weddings , it is the romance, laughter, tears, promises and the beauty of the day. A way to always remember the feelings and love from that time. For family and newborn sessions , a chance to be fully present with your children, as a family. Relive the cuddles, the smell, the sounds and size of your little ones. To not only have photographs of your children, but with your children. I travel frequently to capture weddings and portraits in NYC, NY, New England and Beyond.
When I am not photographing weddings and newborn babies in their parent's arms, I can be found with my husband, Mathias, and son, Max. I love exploring new cities and restaurants and day dreaming of homes on Fixer Upper. In the Summer, there is nothing better than the feeling of sand between my toes and the smell of a refreshing ocean breeze. In the Winter, my idea of a perfect night is a glass of red wine by the fire with a good puzzle or scrabble game in the works.
"From her professionalism, to her artistic creativity, I couldn't have asked for a better person to document our day. Michelle is a generous, charismatic and fun person to be around. She helped to alleviate the stress that the day had the potential to entail." - Nicole G.
"Ultimately, her work speaks for itself (which is incredible!), and although you may find plenty of extremely talented photographers out there, you would be hard pressed to find one who combines this level of talent with such a knack making sure you actually have something to smile about!" - CJ G.
"One of the best decisions I made for my wedding was choosing Michelle as the photographer. Her imagery and photography style is beyond stunning, especially her use of light and ability to capture moments of pure joy between her couples. She cares about her couples' love stories and becomes an integral part of the wedding journey/process." - Lauren S.
